What is the Process for Obtaining a Fiancee or K1 Visa?

​Allows a foreign national to enter into the US up to 90 days for the purpose of marrying a USC. Fiancees of US Lawful Permanent residents cannot obtain this type of visa.​

Must have met each other at least two years prior to submitting the Fiancee Visa Application unless waived due to customs, religion, or hardship.

What are the eligibility requirements for applying for Adjustment of Status?
